We collect the answers you give to Finn's diagnostic questions. These may include details about your income, debts, savings, insurance, and financial situation. We also collect your email address if you choose to provide it.
We collect the same diagnostic information in more detail, plus any documents you choose to upload — including bank statements. You control what you share.
We collect standard technical information when you visit the site — browser type, pages visited, time on page. This is used to understand how the site is being used and to improve it. We do not use this to identify you personally.

If Finn recommends connecting you with a financial adviser, mortgage broker, or accountant, we may receive a referral fee from that professional. This is disclosed to you before any referral takes place. The referral is based on fit, not on the size of the fee. You always choose whether to proceed.
Your data is stored securely. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Bank statements and uploaded documents are used only to generate your output and are not retained beyond that session unless you explicitly save your progress.
